Charles Webstermakes a welcome return for the 3rd time in as many years. This time round it’s to celebrate our OFFICIAL season opening at the newly renovated 360º Jumeirah Beach Hotel. Expect to see the the usual quality house music from the Miso Records boss as well as something different in the last hour (2-3am) in our new downstairs lounge (aka BELOW) as he plays an eclectic set where anything he see’s fit to play will be played (we’re supper excited about this new feature of the night, think of it as a little after party).

Joining Charles on the night will be resident DJs: Simon Reid & Jonny Thornhill upstairs and Eclectic Circle plays host to NEW resident Danny Kwang.

Yes yes! We’re now getting extremely excited about our 4th season at 360º!

MustHaveSoul returns with its latest concept for it’s Bi-weekly Thursday party at the new 2 floor 360º. Events will take place on 1st/3rd & any 5th Thursday of the month. Now known as The MustHaveSoul Soundsystem. Upstairs (or Above as it will be known) will play host to MustHaveSoul – playing the very best in deep soulful house music, continuing where it left off last season, bringing the very best in house music talent from around the world. Downstairs (Below). The new lounge area will be hosted by our Eclectic Circle concept playing anything from Funk, Soul, Boogie to Disco and Edits. Downstairs will also play host to the international guest from 2am-3am (extended hours only apply to downstairs) where the guest will be given the full scope to play anything he or she wants. Think of it as a little after party!

MustHaveSoul is also proud to announce a new line up of residents, some old faces will be joined by some fresh talent each event for it’s 4th season at 360º – RESIDENT DJ’S: SIMON REID, DAN CHADWICK, JONNY THORNHILL, TOM CHUBB, SAFET, DANNY KWANG & CORY CENTRIC.

We’ve finally got around to updating the look of the site. Look out for new features coming soon as well as some of the live mixes from last season. We’ve also updated the MustHaveDJs tab with all of the local and international guests that have played for us over the last 3 years. We’ve tried to add a recent mix or a recent track to each DJ’s profile so check them out and have a listen.

Simon & Paul – MustHaveSoul

His first contact with turntables occurred more than 10 years ago when he started his career, mixing in clubs around Mallorca and Ibiza. His well-appreciated and very personal style opened the doors for him at eading clubs such as Nikki Beach, Miniclub, and other places around Spain, including Velvet Underground in the Canary Islands. He has shared the DJ booth with deep house legends Chris Duckenfield and Jamie Jones, who influenced his style to help him grow as a musician. In 2006, Melohman stepped up his career connecting with the promoters of Underclub and King Kamehameha Club to return to Mallorca and Ibiza again. At the end of this prolific year, he opened the door to different collaborations with Tuccillo, Jeff Benett, Edu Imbernon, Julien Chaptal, and Alejandro Vivanco, among others.
As a proof of his talent, Melohman has been signed by the prestigious house label 20:20Vision from the UK. This release “Tierra” 20:20 Vision UK has been included in the beatport charts of artists such as Jimpster, Slam, Ralph Lawson, Santos, Marco Resmann (Luna City Express) and Pezzner. “Tierra” has been supported by Timo Mass, Stacey Pullen, Groove Armada, Danny Tenaglia, X-Press 2, Simon Baker, Meat, Felipe Venegas, Wally Lopez, Inland knights, Moodymanc, The Youngsters, Lauhaus, Gregor Tresher and Nils Noa.  Summer  2010 “Tierra” has also been included in the We Love Space Sundays 10 CD. Previous Melohman releases were supported by artists such as Laurent Garnier, Loco Dice, Julien Chaptal, Ralph Lawson, Uner and Brothers Vibe.

n 2011 Melohman released “ Calle Cala”(Upon You Records,Berlin) This release included remixes by Tuccillo. Also 2011 released “You Love You” Eklektisch , Suara (Suara Summer Hit 2011) and other great labels. These releases included remixes by Edu Imbernon and Steve Mac. In August  2011 Melohman signed as resident DJ of MustHaveSoul in Abu Dhabi and Dubai ,playing  in Monte Carlo Beach Club Sea Lounge .This club won What’s On Abu Dhabi’s Favourite Bar Award for 2011. In 2012 Melohman has signed with one of the best International labels Defected in the House Ep “Soul Story” with Le Vinyl and Javi Bora.

Born in the northern parts of South Africa’s east coast, Culolethu Zulu, also known as “Culoe De Song”, hasn’t looked back after putting passion in the forefront of his life. He’s been living music ever since his talent, as a Dj & Producer was acknowledged not too long ago.

From his misspent youth skateboarding the frontier towns of North Eastern England, Martin Iveson arrived into the UK’s Midland scene in the early nineties, here he was to take a job at a new computer games development studio by the name of Core Design Ltd., this company is now synonymous with Lara Croft and the series of Tomb Raider games.

Not content with scoring this, one of the world’s most famous video games, Martin left the company 13 years later to concentrate more on his own studio environment in which to channel his musical aspirations further, and invite other musicians and producers to do the same.

The success of his early works including his first EP ‘Story’ in 1996 led to the well-received album ‘That Something’, which was later licensed in Japan by Sony/Kioon in 1998. This debut album also featured cover artwork by Fujio Akatsuka, very well known in Japan for his Illustrations and animated cartoons. With two further albums, ‘Labfunk’ & ‘Labresults’ following soon after, Atjazz had at this time established himself as a distinct and inspirational voice in the underground music scene.

Martin has also been a prolific remixer throughout his career remixing and reworking songs & works for artists such as Nitin Sawhney, Bob Sinclar, Jazzanova, Zed Bias & Omar to name but a few and was even requested to rework Henri Mancini’s ‘The Pink Panther Returns’ for EMI Records. Martin is still remixing heavily as he states that remixing has helped to launch his production techniques forward and it’s the perfect practice pitch for trying out new ideas and breaking moulds within a diluted industry.

Martin’s trademark sound has been requested on many occasions by top class vocalists including Clara Hill, Replife & Deborah Jordan for their own artist album projects and also rubbing shoulders with some amazing musicians & producers along the way. Martin has also teamed up with world-class production legend Charles Webster as ‘Version’ and are working on their debut album for Miso Records.

2009 saw Martin close his label Mantis Recordings due to harsh industry changes and from these ashes came the Imprint appropriately named ‘Atjazz Record Company’, which has flown to great heights within the digital realm and has seen many fantastic and sought after releases including his 3rd long player ‘Full Circle’. This label concentrates heavily on Martin’s productions and collaborations. Atjazz Record Company is a new chapter for Atjazz but with a continuation of his trademark sound.

Martin ‘Atjazz’ Iveson is in demand across the world: Whether it be a renowned producer, sought after remixer, or floor filling DJ, Martin gives his heart to hold the soul…

His name, Luis Radio, means the passion and the total devotion to House Music, passion that he has shown since young when, in his cellar, he used to select music for a few friends. Since the early 80′s he created the right atmosphere for unforgetable parties always to the insignia of the Disco and House Music.

He began to work at Frankie Go Club in 1989 (in Rome-Italy)not only as a Resident Dj but also as supervisor in the choice of International Artists maintaining a musical selection planned on Garage ,Disco & House Classics,Deep House and he is still rocking Rome’s dancefloors with the famous Roman Nighttime Promotions Company, From Classics On.
 Between 1992 and 1995 he has been Tony Humphries’ Assistant for the TH Zone at Echoes in Rimini and this experience has allowed him to improve more and more the technique of selecting records .

Luis is also a DJ holding his saturday night residency in Rome from 10 years; 2 years at Club Horus and 8 years at Club Goa,voted in 2004 one of the best Clubs in Europe. The professionalism and the seriousness shown in his job don’t stop beside a Dj Both: he built his own Recording Studio and later in 1997 together with Maurizio Clemente created two new record labels, Equal and Nitro Records. In a little time he has collected Hits as Universal Groove on Kult Records with the Italian Producer Studio 32, The Violin on Equal Records with the Basement Boys or Nothing Stays The Same with Mike Dunn and Victor Simonelli always on Equal Records, Luis Radio Ft.Sabrina Johnston”House Music”(licensed also in the U.S. by Junior Vasquez for JVM),Michelle Weeks & Dawn Tallman “Joyful Noice”.
